Charlie Sheen announced on the "Today" show that he is HIV-positive, is taking an antiviral drug cocktail, and has engaged in doctor-approved unprotected sex.

Following Brett Rossi's shocking lawsuit, Charlie Sheen has retaliated by demanding the dismissal of her complaint in Los Angeles Superior Court on Dec. 7, Monday, citing that his former fiancee's claims are motivated by money and revenge of their breakup.

The documents are filed by Sheen's lawyer Marty Singer in which the actor has claimed that his ex-fiancee not only knew he was HIV positive, but also insisted on having unprotected sex just like a "normal couple."

"This is a case by an extortionist, Scottine Ross aka Brett Rossi... who gets paid for sex as a prostitute and a porn star," argues the petition obtained by Us Weekly.

The document also stated Rossi's  "extortion plan" that included filing her lawsuit, issuing a press release, and embarking on a media tour "designed to put additional pressure on Sheen."

The actor has also claimed that since Rossi was a porn star at the time of their relationship, she was already exposed to STD's all the time owing to "hundreds, if not thousands of sexual partners," and it is ridiculous for her to claim she got freaked out by his condition.

The "Anger Management" star also denied in the documents that he ever abused his former fiancée by claiming that neither he physically thrashed her ever, nor he forced her to have an abortion. In fact, he was told that she was taking birth control pills during the entire relationship. On the other hand, the actor has accused Rossi of getting violent when she did not get her way.

Rossi filed a lawsuit on Dec. 3, in which she has claimed that she was not told about the actor's condition and discovered the same through his medicines.

According to the lawsuit obtained by The Hollywood Reporter, Rossi claimed, "If Sheen had disclosed to Plaintiff that he was HIV positive when they met for the very first time, Plaintiff would never have engaged in sex with him, and the resulting relationship between the two would never have occurred."
