The LG G4 was released in April. Fresh rumors are suggesting that the South Korean tech giant is already working on a successor model for the LG G4. A tipster named Zealer has revealed the purported specs of the LG G5 on Weibo, Tech Grapple reported.

The LG G5 is expected to arrive with 5.6-inch display. It will carry support for Quad HD resolution of 2560 x 1440 pixels. The LG G4 features a Quad HD screen of 5.5-inch.

The Snapdragon 820 SoC will be powering the LG G5. It includes a quad-core processor and Adreno 530 graphics. There is no information on the amount of RAM the device will feature.

On the rear side, the LG G5 will be housing a 21-megapixel camera. The front side will be featuring an 8-megapixel camera. Other sources have suggested that the LG G5 will not feature a fingerprint scanner but it will arrive with an iris scanner, Phone Arena reported.
