Fallout 4 is an open world action role-playing video game developed by Bethesda Game Studios and published by Bethesda Softworks.

Fallout 4 has got a new patch across all platforms that fixes technical issues, bugs and glitches in the game.

The patch 1.02 removes the infinite caps glitch. A number of Fallout 4 gamers on Reddit and Steam said that the glitch that allowed them to sell and purchase at will has been fixed.

However, according to one Redditor, it was possible to keep the infinite caps glitch by uninstalling the Fallout 4 and then reinstalling it; however, choosing not to re-download the 1.02 patch.

On the PS4, players can delete the game file and then reinstall it, according to The Bitbag report. This will bring it back to version 1.00. Gamers will have to undo the auto updates so their game is not re-patched.

The report added that this will not damage the saved file. To play it safe, players can save the saved file to a thumb drive. Players on PlayStation 4 can save it to the cloud and re- download it again once the game file has been reinstalled.

The patch 1.02 has added many new features. Number pad keys can be used for remapping (PC version of the game) and Remapping Activate works on Quick Container ((PC version of the game)

In addition, the patch made general performance, memory and stability improvements together with optimizations to skinned decal rendering, Cinema Blend reported. It fixed several issues such as crashes related to jumping into water and loading up saved games, equipped weapons being locked after finishing Reunions and gamers being stuck inside terminals.

However, XBox One is having issues after the patch. These issues include no more notifications - no telling whether an action you performed is disliked or liked by a companion and radio signal station notification.

Users of Xbox One are also complaining about fast travel bugs and corrupted saves major problems that make Fallout 4 unplayable.
