"Fifty Shades of Grey" star Dakota Johnson was recently photographed for her upcoming movie "How to Be Single."

In "How to Be Single," Johnson will play the role of Alice, a woman who recently got out of a long-term relationship.

In her attempt to find the next person she will fall in love with, Alice will rely on the help of her friends led by Robin (Rebel Wilson).

The new character photo for Johnson's Alice showed her wearing an orange top and United States of America sunglasses.

The photo's bright yellow backdrop suggests that "How to Be Single" will be fun and light.

In fact, according to We Got This Covered," the film which is directed by Christian Ditter is so light that it doesn't offer audiences with anything new and unique.

"And while it included a handful of belly laughs and charming interplay between Wilson and Johnson, there wasn't necessarily any unique selling points to set it apart from its peers," the publication noted.

"How to Be Single" is slated to hit theaters in the United States on Feb. 12, 2016.

Meanwhile, Johnson will also star in the upcoming movie "Fifty Shades Darker."

In an interview with Elle, the 26-year-old actress said that she doesn't have any problems going all out in the "Fifty Shades of Grey" sequel."

Fans believe that Johnson's Anastasia Steele will be more open and daring in the film.

"Fifty Shades Darker" will also cast the threats to Anastasia and Christian Grey's (Jamie Dornan) relationship Leila Williams, Mrs. Robinson and Jack Hyde.

"Fifty Shade Darker" is slated to hit theaters in the United States on Feb. 10, 2017.
