There are increased rumors that Rockstar is already developing the upcoming "GTA 6" following the big success of "GTA 5" that made it one of the top 10 best games ever.
The upcoming "GTA 6" will come with a relatively unique map, according to Reddit user VermillionDemonFox. The user leaked that the upcoming game will have GTA maps combined into a single continuous world map. Furthermore, San Andreas will be seen in the southwest and Las Venturas will be part of the San Andreas territory.
San Fiero, on the other hand, will take the previous place of San Francisco near the north of San Andreas. On the right side of Las Venturas, gamers will see the Vice City that is the setting of many games in the GTA franchise. Liberty City is at the top of Vice City, which is as well very familiar to "Grand Theft Auto."
The leak is rational since back in 2012, Rockstar Producer Leslie Benzies shared how the company is planning to create a map where games can visit all the main cities in the game.
Talking to Digital Trends, the producer said, "Of course at some point we would like to have one big world containing all our cities and let the player fly between them and revisit their favorite areas."
Games are becoming bigger and bigger to be in line with the more powerful features emerging in consoles. As a result, game developers are releasing huge maps and higher visual quality with a faster frame rate.
While "GTA 6" is in development now, it will not be released until sometime in 2018. Watch the video clip below for more information on the upcoming "GTA 6."
