Just for the current year, the Cupertino-based tech giant has already released several products, and many industry experts have lauded Apple's marketing move not to release the next MacBook Air this year, if it is really a marketing move. Many fans of the MacBook Air are hopeful that there will be a 2016 model, hoping as well, that it will be launched by spring.

If one will base on the Apple's history in unmasking their products, several MacBook has arrived in spring. Apple may have that in mind all along and many are seeing that this will happen again for the 2016 model, as explained by Christian Today.

Price cuts are pretty normal for older models. It is a common practice for manufacturers to lower down their price in order to dispose their products faster and to clear the inventory left behind with their respective retailers. A newer model may also be on its way. Many Apple retailers have cut-down the prices of the previous MacBook Air. Significantly.

If in case the MacBook Air 2016 failed to materialize during a traditional date launch, many are pointing for a summer release, at the WWDC or Apple Worldwide Developers Conference 2016. This will put the release date in the third quarter of next year, as Macworld UK put it.

Many believed that Apple MacBook Air 2016 will be a fully redesigned model, hence it will be thinner and lighter. It has the same old design for the past eight years and now is the right time. Many would want a Retina display, many prefers an 11-inch display while others will be pleased with a 13-inch display.

There will be a lot more MacBook Air 2016 update within the next few months. Hopefully, it will be an official spec from Apple.
