Early of 2015, Apple arrived with a secretive production laboratory in Northern Taiwan, and presently focusing on expanding new distinct display technologies.

Apple Inc. is yet to announce the rumored iPhone 6c. A number of reports have claimed a September release together with iPhone 6s, but since that didn't happen, rumors seemed to have died down, only to pick up again.

The following are some of the latest information around regarding the much awaited iPhone 6c. Apple Inc. will reportedly unveil the iPhone 6c on January then release it sometime in February. Nevertheless, both KGI Securities and 9to5Mac analyst named Ming-Chi Kuo noted that the new iPhone 6c might instead arrive in either in March or April, MacWorld UK reported.

The new iPhone device will also be coming with a slightly inferior design compared to the recently released iPhone 6s, GottabeMobile reported. According to past rumors, the iPhone 6c will feature the same plastic polycarbonate case on iPhone 5c. However, latest reports claim that the handset will have a metal body shell which is more similar with the iPhone 5 and 5s.

The iPhone 6c performance and specs is perhaps something that a number of potential buyers might be waiting for. Ming-Chi Kuo said that it will likely feature Apple's latest A9 processor which will be equipped with NFC and Touch ID that can be used with Apple Pay.

Unlucky for these future buyers, there has not been any solid confirmation yet regarding the pricing of the phone, except that Ming-Chi Kuo estimated it to cost around $400-$500.

Provided that the estimate comes true, iPhone 6c would be cheaper than its predecessor iPhone 5c, which had a price tag of $549 off-contract.
