Pan Jiutang, a well-known has claimed that the Google and Huawei will team up once again in 2016 to build a Nexus smartphone, Gizmo China reported. Both the companies are already rumored to be working on a 7-inch Nexus tablet for next year.

In the previous week, Qualcomm had unveiled its Snapdragon 820 chipset in Asia. At that time, it was announced that over 70 smartphones will be launched next year with Snapdragon 820 onboard.

In 2013, Android KitKat OS arrived with LG Nexus 5. In 2014, Motorola Nexus 6 was launched with Android Lollipop OS onboard. In this year, Huawei Nexus 6 arrived preinstalled with Android Marshmallow OS.

One of the speculated features of the Android N is native support for split screen view. The Google Pixel C team is currently working on the said feature for the newly launched Pixel C convertible device. Rumors are now hinting that the alleged Nexus 6 2016 will be a phablet device and its large screen will carry support for multiple window support.
