| Dec 14, 2015 10:32 AM EST

Bournemouth's Matt Ritchie, Junior Stanislas and Andrew Surman celebrate after the final whistle against Manchester United.

Two of the latest surprise teams in the 2015-2016 Premier League, West Bromwich Albion FC (5-6-5, 20 points) and AFC Bournemouth (4-8-4, 16 points), will face off on December 19th, Saturday at the Hawthorns as the current season moves forward.

West Brom forced rising squad Liverpool FC to a 2-2 draw at the latter's own home stadium of Anfield last Sunday, via Sports Mole.

The Baggies actually threatened to beat the Reds, leading 2-1 after full-time, but Liverpool forward Divock Origi managed to net a last-minute injury time goal to salvage a point in the overall standings.

After Reds team captain Jordan Henderson scored the opening goal at the 21st to give Jürgen Klopp's squad the initial upper hand, Throstles defender Craig Dawson equalized it nine minutes later to reach the half tied at 1-all.

West Brom center back Jonas Olsson then scored another one at the 73rd to push his team ahead before the final equalizer from Origi was completed.

Meanwhile, Bournemouth pulled off a stunning 2-1 upset win over league powerhouse Manchester United at the Vitality Stadium last Saturday, as reported by SkySports.

Winger Junior Stanislas scored a goal at the second minute of the game via an incredible corner kick to lift the confidence of Eddie Howe's squad.

Red Devils midfielder Marouane Fellaini leveled the count at the 24th, but the Cherries were not to be denied at their home stadium with midfielder Joshua King scoring the winner six minutes before the hour mark to complete the stunner.

The predicted result is a tough 1-0 win for Bournemouth. Boscombe extends its winning run to three games, handing West Brom its fourth straight winless outing.

West Brom starting lineup (4-1-4-1 formation): Myhill; Dawson, McAuley, Olsson, Brunt; Evans; Gardner, Fletcher, Morrison, McClean; Rondón

Bournemouth starting lineup (4-1-4-1 formation): Boruc; Smith, Francis, Cook, Daniels; Surman; Ritchie, Arter, Gosling, Stanislas; King
