Jimmy Fallon gave audiences and viewers a late Christmas gift as he splashed Chris Hemsworth with a water cannon during the "The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon", leaving the "Blackhat" star all wet with his shirt still on.
Instead of the usual lip syncing and Box of Lies game Fallon plays with guest celebrities, the TV show host played Water War with the "Thor" star.
Both men played a card game of War. Each time somebody lost a round, the loser would be splashed with a glass of water, the Huffington Post reported. It was an equal match at first, but Fallon had the upper hand before the game was over. Fallon whipped out a Super Sokaer water cannon and sprayed Hemsworth, who danced while getting wet.
Hemsworth, who is the Sexiest Man Alive for People's magazine, talked about "Blackhat," a movie about hackers. He plays the role of Nicholas Hathaway, who was freed by the government in order to track down a cyber criminal. The film, which will be launched on Jan. 16, Friday, is directed by Michael Mann. Other celebrities such as Tang Wei, Wang Leehom and Viola Davis, who is reported to star as Amanda Waller in the upcoming Suicide Squad movie by DC Comics, are also part of the hacker movie.
Other Hollywood stars have been challenged by Fallon in the "Tonight Show," including Emma Stone and Joseph-Gordon Levitt in lip sync battles.
