'Scribblenauts Unlimited' Puzzler Arrives On iOS And Android

Developed by 5th Cell, emergent action puzzle video game "Scribblenauts Unlimited" is published by Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment for Nintendo 3DS, Wii U, Microsoft Windows, iOS and Android.

Popular puzzle game "Scribblenauts Unlimited" is now available on iOS and Android, offering players an experience where "almost anything is possible".

Up for download on the Google Play Store and Apple's App Store for $4.99, "Scribblenauts Unlimited" is a cartoony, side-scrolling experience that invites gamers to draw their way out of trouble. The award-winning title includes dozens of free-roaming levels, and the aim is to summon objects and creatures to help you grab stars and score points.

Perhaps one of the best aspects of the experience is testing the maker's catalogue of objects and "trying to out-think the developers," according to Android Authority. Players are invited to get creative when it comes to typing out people and objects to generate, and lots of enjoyment can be had from seeing what the game's makers actually included in their database of goodies.

An open universe offers "hours of fun" according to the game's makers, and players can store previously summoned objects and creations in Maxwell's handy Magic Backpack. There is some story segments offering a look at the main character's past and his 41 siblings, too.

Other all-new features include a selection of exclusive characters, including the lovable Hipster Lincoln and Robo-Einstein, along with the Corporate Werewolf and Queen of the Skies.

The Scribblenauts universe lends itself well to shorter play sessions, which makes it a solid choice for players that do not want to game for hours at a time. In-app purchases are on offer in the form of avatar packs, each along with "playgrounds" containing three new levels apiece, Engadget reported.

The previous "Scribblenauts" game to hit the mobile market, "Scribblenauts Remix," was treated to thousands of positive reviews online. "Scribblenauts Unlimited" promises an improved experience and even more twists and turns, good things are expected this time around too.

If the gameplay in "Scribblenauts Unlimited" on mobile is as enjoyable as in previous entries, a great iOS and Android app are expected.
