Sony is focused on making Xperia Z6, and it may release at IFA 2016.

Awaiting fans are quite eager to get hold of the Xperia Z6, especially with rumors implicating that the device has been worked out by Sony. It will also have a new look, much different from other versions too, as the upcoming device is anticipated to include more metal on its body.

As suggested by TechRadar regarding the rumor, it says that the Sony Xperia Z6 will no longer rely on the "Omni-Balance" design system, which was quite visible on previous mobile phones in the same lineup. The design will include more metal this time. As part of the design, the Xperia lineup has large edges with a frame made of metal. The back of the device will feature glass with added protection layered on the corners, just in case the phone drops.

However, what strikes the "Omni-Balance" design system is featuring huge edges on the front of the device. Unlike the plastic body features of the Xperia Z5 Compact which was released this year, it will bring a similar design system like the Xperia Z5 and Z5 Premium, which have glass and metal bodies.

If this speculations turn out to be real, it may mean that Sony manufacturers will produce a full metal smartphone, which has become increasingly common. Furthermore, rumors show that there are five models of the Xperia Z6, but only two of these will be launched. One of the upcoming versions will have the Xperia Z6 moniker coming out on June 2016. The other model is another Xperia device named Z7 and should be out October 2016.

Considering all rumors and speculations about the Xperia Z6, it looks like that the smartphone will not be launched during the Consumer Electronics Show 2016, which is scheduled January 2016.
