Angelina Jolie, Brad Pitt are parents to six children.

Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt's adventurous getaway hit with a snag when their second oldest child, Pax, injured his right leg badly while jet-skiing during the family's adventure-filled vacation in Phuket, Thailand, over the holiday weekend.

Although the extent of the injury is unknown, a source has confirmed to People that Pax's leg was not broken.

Prior to the injury, Brangelina took their entire brood, twins Vivienne and Knox, 7, Shiloh, 9, Zahara, 10, Pax, 12 and Maddox, 14, to Vietnam, where they visited many tourist destinations including Old Quarter in Hanoi.

While in Vietnam, which also happens to be Pax's birth country, the couple took some time away from kids to enjoy a romantic kayak trip along Halong Bay, where they got into the small canoe and explored caves in the area. The couple looked happy and was seen laughing and holding hands throughout the romantic getaway.

Jolie and Pitt have been staying in Cambodia since last month for the actress' latest directorial project, "First They Killed My Father: A Daughter of Cambodia." The movie will bring human rights activist Loung Ung's 2000 memoir of the same name to life with her screen adaptation, which the actress has also co-written.

The film will tell the harrowing tale of Ung's life through the Khmer Rouge years, under the reign of dictator Pol Pot, and her escape from the 'killing fields' in the 1970s.

The couple's oldest child, Maddox, will feature heavily in the movie. The teenager, who was adopted by the actress in 2002 from an orphanage in Cambodia when he was just seven-month-old, has also helped a lot on the production side of things, Daily Mail reported.
