Ben Affleck, 43, and Jennifer Garner, 43, spent the holidays in the mountains of Montana with their three children Violet Affleck, 10, Seraphina Affleck, 6, and Samuel Affleck, 3. While they still stay in the same house, the couple's divorce is reportedly not on hold.
A source told People that the "Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice" actor and Garner's divorce is still proceeding. The source told the publication, "This more seems like a transitional period."
In addition, the source claimed that Ben and Garner are still focused on parenting their three children. The former still stays in the guesthouse on their Los Angeles property, the source added.
According to the source, Ben and Garner, who is currently doing great, still interact every day mostly about their children and "simple things." The latter is said to be in favor of having Ben around for their children and it is "hard to imagine her changing her mind."
On Christmas, Ben and Garner celebrated together in Montana along with their three children, sources told People in another report.
Meanwhile, Ben will continue to shoot his new period film titled "Live by Night" after the New Year. He is not only the director and screenwriter of the film but one of the cast members.
On the other hand, Garner is set to promote her new movie titled "Miracles from Heaven." Set to be released on March 18, the drama film also stars Queen Latifah, Martin Henderson, John Carroll Lynch, Brighton Sharbino, Hannah Alligood, Kylie Rogers, Eugenio Derbez, Bruce Altman and Kevin Sizemore, among others.
