"The Real Housewives of Orange County" star Vicki Gunvalson is reportedly "struggling" to make amends with her co-stars following their rift over Brooks Ayers' cancer controversy.

A few days back, Gunvalson took to Twitter to greet "RHOC" stars Heather Dubrow, Tamra Barney, Shannon Beador and Meghan King Edmonds Merry Christmas and wished them a Happyy New Year.

According to Starpulse, none of her former co-stars replied to her tweet. The outlet further reported that despite her apology, none of them wanted to work with Gunvalson. They allegedly felt betrayed after finding out that Ayers lied about him having cancer.

Gunvalson reportedly wanted to get in touch with Dubrow, Barney, Beador and Edmonds to tell them her side of the story. According to Inquisitr, the stars of "RHOC" were disappointed with Gunvalson's decision to support her husband even when there has been definite proof that he has been lying all along.

When several news source confirmed that Ayers faked having cancer for the sake of publicity, the "Real Housewives of Orange County" stars refused to believe that Gunvalson did not know the truth. Some even called for the reality star to issue a public apology to the cast and her fans.

Although Gunvalson has yet to apologize to each and every member of "RHOC," the reality star expressed her remorse during a guesting on "Watch What Happens Live." Insiders, however, told the outlet that the cast was not satisfied and wanted Gunvalson out of the show.

"When they are against someone they are all extremely vicious. They went after Vicki to take her down and that is the bottom line," the source said.
