"Dragon Ball Super's" blu ray/DVD third box is supposed to be released on June 2, 2016, but due to some reasons, it has been moved to July 2, 2016.
Amazon Japan was the one who announced the sudden change of plan in launching the DVD/Blu Ray. This new release will include episode 25 to 36, until the "Resurrection F Saga" and the "Champa Saga" that is still ongoing. This issue includes a never before seen on-disc extras and a special booklet.
The "Champa Saga's" ending is yet to be determined as the Japanese animation is still in the works. There are no predictions as of the moment, but it could possibly be longer than episode 36. One major fact about the DVD/Blu Ray is that the copies are in Japanese language. Toei Animation will be the responsible body if there would be copies to be released dubbed in English, Attack of the Fanboy reported.
"Dragon Ball Super" blu ray/dvd third box sets will be released during the half of the year, but it already became available for pre-ordering in Amazon Japan. There were also some listings of the "Dragon Ball Super" DVD and BLu Ray sets box 3 in several retailer sites online.
It can be noted that in Dec. 2, 2015, "Dragon Ball Super" box 1 was released with 1-12 episodes in it, featuring some adjustments on the fifth episode's animation. The fifth episode on the first box of "Dragon Ball Super" got into the limelight because of some noticeable poor animation issues. The animation issues were already corrected after the Blu Ray set was released, and fanatics were able to see and compare the difference between the two versions. On the other hand, the second box is scheduled to be released this coming March 2, 2016, which features episodes 13-24.
Meanwhile, included on the third box is the third series ending theme "Light Pink." According to Kanzenshuu, prices for the "Dragon Ball Super" box 3 is 11,200 (Japanese currency) for the DVD set and 15,200 (Japanese currency) for the Blu Ray set.
