In the latest episode of "Marriage At First Sight" Season 3, Ashley accuses David of cheating with another woman. While David tries to convince his wife that he is just meeting a friend out for drinks, Ashley believe that he is sneaking behind her back.
David continues to defend himself, explaining that the woman she is about to meet is actually a mutual acquaintance. He insisted that he only wanted to know more about Ashley, that is why he called her up to meet. Ashley called his explanation bull and pointed out that David could have told her about the meeting if it was purely platonic.
"You don't reach out to another woman and ask her out on a date to get to know your wife. That is ridiculous. I can't believe he thought I was going to believe that," Ashley said.
David claimed that Ashley is overreacting and trying to use this as a scapegoat to get out of their marriage. She, on the other hand, felt that her husband has betrayed her trust. David wondered why Ashley will ever think that he will cheat on her.
Things are definitely going well for the "Married At First Sight" Season 3 couple at this point. While experts suggest that couples should not let the sun down without discussing their problems, David and Ashley continued to give each other the silent treatment.
David gave Ashley a note, in an attempt to explain what happened again. Ashley, however, was still angry at him, claiming that she could have asked her if there was anything he wanted to know. David insisted that Ashley would not him in. Ashley resorted to storming off once again.
"That's pretty indicative of our relationship, you running away," David said.
Resigned, David decided to go to Buffalo to visit his father's grave. He hoped that he is still alive so he can talk some sense in to him. David then realized that what he feels for Ashley is definitely real. He wanted to give their marriage another chance.
With only a week and a half until the "Married At First Sight" season 3 finale, David and Ashley needed to go the extra mile if they wanted their marriage to work.
