Update: The promo video starts off with Ross and Specter arguing over who will lead the trial for Ross.
"You can't win this trial," Specter tells Ross. But, Ross is adamant and he tells Specter that he can and will win the trial no matter what.
The next shot shows Trevor Evans (Tom Lipinski) and Ross and the scene cuts to the courtroom as Evans stands in the witness stand.
Towards the end of "Suits" Season 5, episode 14 promo, Gibbs announces that she wants to call Donna Paulsen to the stand.

"Mike wants to represent himself at trial, but Harvey thinks he should lead the charge; and Louis' efforts to remove Sheila from the picture backfires," reads the synopsis for "Suits" Season 5, episode 14 via TV Guide. The episode is titled "Self Defense."
On "Suits" Season 5, episode 12, "Live to Fight" it was revealed that Sheila Sazs (Rachael Harris) was the one who turned Mike in. Interestingly, the reveal was made in the second episode "Suits" Season 5, so it looks like the season finale will be something bigger than this.
Now the season is set to focus on Ross' trial and how the firm deals with this. Moreover, Gibbs will use Sazs as potential evidence, as she turned him in, to use in the court of law against Ross.
