Mary Jean Lastimosa claims that out of all the people in the world, the Filipinos are the best fans for any beauty pageant according to her opinion. The people are her source of strength and from them she pulls the confidence and power to get through the upcoming competition, according to Inquirer
"They are the heartbeat of every representative that's fighting for Miss Universe. They are my source of strength right now," Lastimosa said. "I cannot compare the Filipino fans to any other fans here. I claim it: they are the best fans that the Miss Universe could ever have," she added.
Lastimosa defined the Filipinos to be incomparable when it comes to giving moral support. They are the best fans that the Miss Universe pageant could ever have and her source of strength is how she describes it GMA Network reported. Lastimosa was included in the pageant's trailer of the swimsuit competition.
Moreover, Miss Ariella Arida from the previous year's Miss Universe tilt will be the behind the scenes coverage of the coronation night. She was crowned third runner up in the Miss Universe pageant which was held in Moscow, Russia in 2013.
It is the 63rd edition of the Miss Universe tilt and will be broadcasted live on Jan. 25 at Doral City, Florida, United States or Jan. 26 in the Philippines.
At this moment, Lastimosa signed off from all her social media profiles to give way and focus on the pageant alone.
The current WBO Welterweight Champion Rep. Manny 'Pacman'Pacquiao will be one of the judges for this year's Miss Universe pageant.
