"Dance Moms" season 6 may have just been extended by Lifetime, but cast member Maddie Ziegler and ALDC coach Abby Lee Miller recently revealed that they just wrapped up the filming for the first half of the season.
According to Deadline, the network ordered more episodes for "Dance Moms" season 6 which means the show may run for a more than 30 episodes this year.
However, the publication also said that the filming for the new episodes will only begin in April.
Just recently, Miller shared a photo of Nia Frazier, Brynn Rumfallo, Kendall Vertes, Kalani Hilliker, JoJo Siwa, Maddie and Mackenzie Ziegler following one of their performances.
"These girls killed @guygroove's choreography yesterday! Way to go!" she wrote.
Ziegler shared the same photo via her Instagram account and wrote, "That's a wrap! #aldc #aldcla #dancemoms."
Meanwhile, Ziegler and Miller's photo may have just confirmed Rumfallo's fate on both the team and the hit Lifetime realty TV show.
In the upcoming episode of "Dance Moms" season 6, Miller will pair Rumfallo with the "Chandelier" dancer to make sure that she can be a rightful member of ALDC.
At one point, Miller will also ask Rumfallo's mom Ashlee to become her office secretary, and Ashlee will agree for the sake of her daughter's future.
The recent photo posted by Ziegler and Miller still featured Rumfallo so this could mean that she is still part of both the team and the show.
In other news, the members of the ALDC recently competed at the NYDE in Riverside, California.
The competition will be featured as part of "Dance Moms" season six's 18th episode.
ALDC's group routine "Lady Bosses" ranked first in the teen division and overall.
The Mini Elite team's jazz group routine also ranked first in the mini division.
Ziegler's "The Hostage" contemporary number ranked first in the teen division and overall.
Just like her, Mackenzie's jazz routine called "Hero" ranked first in the junior division.
Following the competition, the Ziegler sisters also gave a touching speech to commemorate their last competition with ALDC and "Dance Moms."
"Dance Moms" season 6 airs Tuesdays at 9 p.m. ET on Lifetime.
