According to spoilers, "The Bachelor" Season 20 winner is Lauren Bushnell, 25, a flight attendant from West Linn, Oregon. Recently, Ben Higgins, 27, a software salesman from Warsaw, Indiana, talked about his chosen winner of the ABC reality dating show.
If the said spoilers are wrong, the winner is JoJo Fletcher, 24, a real estate developer from Dallas, Texas. In a recent interview with E! News, Higgins did not give a clue about the real winner but he said, "We're not even publically engaged yet."
In a recent People blog, Higgins noted that he is in love with two women who are very different but are equally remarkable. He wrote, "Believe me, I am just as surprised as you all are and was even more so when it was all starting to happen."
According to Higgins, he still had a fear that he may be "unlovable" and he is with two women who he can see "a real and wonderful future." He pointed out, "I'm still not sure how it happened but it did."
Higgins' biggest fear, he said, was having people misunderstand how he expresses that he is love with both Bushnell and Fletcher. While others may feel like it is not real love because he is feeling it for two women at once, he emphasized that he does comprehend what love is.
One thing Higgins wants fans to know is that he spent "hours of anguish and sleepless nights" as he wrestled with his feelings. He then came to realize that he was truly in love with both Bushnell and Fletcher.
"I really searched my soul and prayed and tried to figure out how this was possible," Higgins explained. On the other hand, he noted that he could not deny his feelings for each one of the two women at the end of the day.
In "The Bachelor" Season 20 week 9, Caila Quinn, 24, a software sales representative from Hudson, Ohio, was sent home. Higgins travelled to Jamaica with Bushnell, Fletcher and Quinn in the episode.
Higgins said it looked like it came very easy for him to tell the two women that he loves them when watched the episodes back. Watch Higgins say "I love you" here:
