Google Nexus 7 2016 release date is reportedly coming sooner than later courtesy of HTC as the Taiwanese company tries to sell more HTC One M9 and Nexus 9 tablets.
HTC offers a hot deal that allows consumers to pick up the HTC One M9 for $649 and get the Nexus 9 tablet for free. This will save buyers up to $399 for both devices. However, this enticing offer runs until supplies last.
HTC is no mid-range smartphone. Being HTC's current flagship, it runs on Snapdragon 810 and the latest Android operating system. It has 3GB RAM and 32GB internal storage as well as 20MP camera. Meanwhile, the HTC Nexus 9 is only two years old and packs a 2GB RAM and is powered by Nvidia's Tegra K1 SoC and pure Android OS making it a great gaming tablet.
This amazing deal hinted the release of both HTC 10 and Google Nexus 7 2016. This also hinted that HTC will take the helm in making the next Nexus device. It seems that the company wants to exhaust all of the remaining stocks of both devices before releasing a new line and to make as much profit as possible.
Meanwhile, Google Nexus 7 2016 is either a tablet or a phablet and will allegedly pack the same, old 7-inch screen display. It will be powered by NVIDIA Tegra X1 processor paired with 4GB of RAM.
The tablet will surely run with the upcoming Android N operating system. Thus, it packs the software features found in Android devices.
Google Nexus 7 2016 release is rumored to happen in May, the earliest, and October, the latest. Other rumors purported that Google will use its annual I/O Developers' Conference as its launching platform for the device. However, there is still no official announcement from Google about the official release date and features of the rumored Google Nexus 2016.
