New "Tekken 7" details will likely feature a possible PC version in new game survey and virtual reality gameplay very soon.
The European branch of Bandai Namco conducted a new survey for "Tekken 7" to be included in the PC platform. The answers to the survey questions will determine if "Tekken 7" will be added to the PC along with the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One consoles.
The survey is being conducted by Harris Interactive on behaft of Bandai Namco and will take about 20 minutes to answer it. The survey asks for people not to disclose its content, however, despite the confidentiality, it gauges the interest of gamers to have the sequel being ported in the PC platform, Siliconera reported.
Game producer Katsuhiro Harada teased the the possibility of a PC version for "Tekken 7" as he has been reading fan request on Twitter. The PC version has been long rumored by gaming fans througout the internet and it looks like Bandai Namco's survey could determine the fate of "Tekken 7" for the PC users around the world.
In other news, game designer Michael Murray offered several details for "Tekken 7's" virtual reality gameplay as he cleared some theories regarding the feature.
Murray explained that the VR gameplay for "Tekken 7" will not feature a "Tekken 2 Cheat Mode" like first person game style, but rather the VR mode with highlight Kousuke Waki’s character design and present offers a different aspect of the game as opposed to normal or core feel of the game franchise, Segment Next reported.
It was during the Paris Games Week last year that Sony will their latest VR head gear device, the PlayStation VR as an exclusive content for "Tekken 7" as the device will set to launch on Oct. 31 this year.
Bandai Namco recently revealed their schedules to promote "Tekken 7: Fated Retribution" from different events in the United States and Canada such as "Wizard Word" conventions, "COMBO BREAKER", "CEO 2016", Canada Cup" and many more. Mark "MarkMan"Julio and his team will serve as the Brand/Community Advisor for "Tekken 7: Fated Retribution" tour and Harada announce a cash prize pool of $3,000 for the Top 8 players for the first three events.
There are also rumors that a new "Scenario Mode" could be added in "Tekken 7" along with the return of "Tekken Bowl" and more guest characters in the sequel. The game's roster will include Jin, Kazuya, Heihachi, Hwoarang, Steve Fox, Asuka, Lili, Xiaoyu, Marshall Law, Paul Phoenix, King, Yoshimitsu, Bryan Fury, Feng Wei, Dragunov, Leo, Lars, Alisa and Nina Williams, along with new faces Claudio Serafino, Katarina Alves, Lucky Chloe, Josie Rizal, Jack-7, Gigas, Shaheen, Akuma and Kazumi Mishima.
"Tekken 7" is speculated to launch on late 2016 for the PS4 and Xbox One.
