"Dance Moms" season 6 will no longer feature the complete cast starting episode 19.
According to Teen Vogue, a teaser from the upcoming episode was recently released online and it showed Melissa Gisoni announcing her daughters' departure from ALDC.
The video opened with Jill Vertes saying that Gisoni finally told them the truth about Maddie and Mackenzie Ziegler.
"Melissa finally dropped the bomb," she said.
The next scene showed Gisoni telling the other moms about their decision.
"After this season, Maddie is not gonna be on the team anymore," she said in tears.
The next scene showed ALDC coach Abby Lee Miller telling the other cast members of "Dance Moms" the impact that Ziegler's departure could have on the show.
"Don't you guys realize the magnitude of this?" she asked.
The next scene showed all of the cast members crying and hugging each other.
"This was such a great ride together..." Gisoni concluded in the packaged.
Meanwhile, the upcoming 15th episode of "Dance Moms" season 6 will feature the cast members heading to Fierce National Dance Competition in Agoura Hills, California, according to the show's spoiler site.
The entire competition wasn't a huge win for ALDC because not all of the performances ranked them first place in the different divisions.
Luckily, one of Ziegler's duet with Kalani Hilliker ranked them first in the teen division and overall. Their lyrical number was entitled "Unbreak My Heart."
Miller also gave Kendall Vertes the chance to do a duet with her best friend Ziegler at least before the latter officially leaves the competition.
Unfortunately, their duet wasn't as good as Ziegler's duet with Hilliker. The best friends' contemporary routine only ranked them second place in the teen division and overall.
Ziegler's sister Mackenzie was paired with Nia Frazier for an open number called "The Long Goodbye." Unfortunately, the two dancers only ranked third in the junior division and fifth overall.
Luckily, the ALDC team as a whole was still able to impress the judges at the competition. Their contemporary group dance "Winter's War" ranked first in the junior division, but only placed second overall.
"Dance Moms" season 6, episode 15 will air on April 12 at 9 p.m. ET.
