WWE's Bray Wyatt just suffered a right calf injury on April 13, Wednesday, in the first live event of WWE's European Tour in Milan, Italy.
The off-putting news was reported by WWE, with fans blaming the body itself for having worked wrestlers so hard instead of splitting the workload by embracing the WWE brand splits. One WWE fan Oscar Silvagnoli commented on WWE's website that WWE was, in fact, overworking its talent, with its stars working for unrealistic amounts of time.
A live report from Wrestle Chat confirmed that Wyatt was working a match against the WWE World Heavyweight Champion Roman Reigns when he suffered the injury. The match was going well until Wyatt slipped on a mat, which resulted in him clutching his leg, and the match getting a no-contest rule thereafter.
A Twitter user from the audience tweeted a picture showing Wyatt getting help after going down. Apparently, it is believed that something is usually amiss when a WWE star is getting such help, and especially when they are unable to do anything physically.

Wyatt had just come back from a nagging back injury, which contributed to him not getting featured in Wrestlemania. Intriguingly enough, Wyatt's family member Luke Harper was also a victim of going down with a leg injury of his own. Reports suggest that harper tore his anterior cruciate ligament in a match.
What is more, the last time WWE went to Europe, Seth Rollins went down, but Daniel Bryan also ended up suffering a concussion. Until now, the two WWE stars have not made it back to the ring yet. Byan has reportedly retired while Rollins could be back any time soon.
At the end of the day, all these incidences have boiled down to WWE getting criticized for not keeping its stars "healthy" in Europe. Regardless of the injuries, fans and critics believe that WWE either needs to take better care of its talent or get an offseason.
WWE is notorious for being one of the most grueling and physically demanding forms of entertainment worldwide. It might not earn the title of a legitimate sport, but most of its superstars spend over 250 days a year travelling and competing in tough contests.
This is why some concerned fans are suggesting of a necessary time off for WWE.
