"The Voice" Season 10 (2016) Live Playoffs Week 2 continues on April 19, Tuesday. The show finally revealed the results of top 12 and introduced the top 11 contestants after the eliminations. Here is a detailed recap. Read on to find out who got eliminated and who advanced to the next level.

The Instant Save returned and fans got the opportunity to save one of their favourite artists in danger. However, there is a slight change. Earlier, three artists competed for the Instant Spot, but now only two will be given the opportunity.
According to Carson Daly, every top 12 artists made it to the iTunes Top 200. Meanwhile, Adam Wakefield from Team Adam and Alisan Porter from Team Christian figured in top 10 of iTunes chart rankings.
The results were announced and the first artist to be declared safe was Adam Wakefield. After some chatting with the coaches, more results were announced. Bryan Bautista from Team Christina and Daniel Passino from Team Pharrell were announced to be safe and moving to top 11.
Team Blake artists Paxton Ingram, Mary Sarah and Adam Wakefield performed "I Love a Rainy Night" along with their Coach Blake Shelton.
Results continued. Team Adam artists Shalyah Fearing and Team Blake artist Paxton Ingram were next two move to "The Voice" Season 10 (2016) top 11. Team Adam contestant Laith Al-Saadi also made it to the next level.
Next up was Team Adam, including Laith Al-Saadi, Shalyah Fearing and Owen Danoff along with Adam Levine, performing "If You Want Me To Stay."
More results were announced. Hanna Huston from Team Pharrell, Nick Hagelin from Team Christina and Mary Sarah from Team Blake were saved, leaving Emily Keener from Team Pharrell and Owen Danoff from Team Adam in bottom two for Instant Save.
Emily Keener performed "Blue Eyes Crying in the Rain." She was followed by Owen Danoff singing "Lego House."
In five minutes of voting window, America saved Owen Danoff and eliminated Emily Keener.
To sum up, "The Voice" Season 10 (2016) top 11 artists are:
Team Blake: Adam Wakefield, Paxton Ingram, Mary Sarah
Team Adam: Shalyah Fearing, Laith Al-Saadi, Owen Danoff
Team Christina: Alisan Porter, Bryan Bautista, Nick Hagelin
Team Pharrell: Daniel Passino, Hannah Huston
