Selena Gomez is doing the opposite of what her ex-boyfriend Justin Bieber hates doing - fan photos. The latter announced recently to his followers and fans that he will not be posing for photos with them anymore.

The Canadian singer took to Instagram and said he is done with taking pictures with fans. "If you happen to see me out somewhere know that I'm not gonna take a picture I'm done taking pictures," he wrote.

The singer lamented that it came to the point that people do not recognize him as a human. He added, "I feel like a zoo animal, and I wanna be able to keep my sanity." He already feels a lot of pressure from the world, getting stressed with all the attention he gets.

Bieber realized that people will be upset with his decision but he feels he does not owe anybody a photo, even to those who bought his album. The young artist said the album being purchased does not have a fine print saying the purchasers can get a photo if they see him.

The bold statement from the young singer received a mix of feelings. Some fans were with him and respect his decision. There are also those who criticized him for coming up with such decision, E! News reported.

On the other hand, Gomez kicked off her Revival World Tour and performed in Sacramento, California on May 10, Tuesday. After the show, she met her fans and took a picture with them. The singer did the same during her last tour, stopping to take photos at most of her stops and made sure she sells on her social media. It was not clear if Gomez' actions are a blow to Bieber's recent decision.

The "Good for You" singer was performing in Fresno, CA on May 8, Sunday, when she saw an audience member holding a "Marry Justin Please" sign. She gestured the fan to hand it over to her, crumbled it up and threw it on the floor without saying anything, according to PopSugar. The sister of the fan who had that sign tweeted: "Selena crumbled my sister's sign and I'm crying."
