"The Flash" season 3 has kicked off production for its upcoming episodes.
According to Movie Pilot, the hit The CW series is set to premiere sometime this fall so Grant Gustin and his co-stars are already gearing up for their respective scenes.
Just recently, lead actor Gustin shared some Intel from his first day back on set via his Twitter account.
"Day 1 is so fun. So happy to be back doing what I'm supposed to be doing," he wrote.
Meanwhile, Gustin isn't the only cast member who has been updating the fans of "The Flash" about their production.
Candice Patton, who plays the role of Iris West, also shared a photo from the season 3 set.
"First day of season 3 as Iris West was. Happy to be back!" she tweeted.
Cast member Danielle Panabaker didn't post a photo of herself yet on the set of "The Flash" season 3. However, the actress shared a snap of her pooch saying that they are back in Vancouver.
"We are happy to be back in Vancouver," she wrote.
"The Flash" has been filming in Vancouver for the past three seasons so it's highly likely that Panabaker is up next when it comes to their filming schedule.
The actress plays the role of Caitlin Snow or Killer Frost.
In other news, "The Flash" season 3 will explore the controversial Flashpoint storyline. In season 2, Barry decided to alter the timeline when he saved his mom Nora.
As a result, Barry will be much younger than his present-day age when the series returns this fall.
On his Instagram account, the actor shared a selfie of himself. The "Glee" alum is clean shaven to look so much younger.
"Look who's back. Baby faced Barry. #Day1 #TheFlashSeason3," he wrote.
"The Flash" season 3 will premiere on The CW on Oct. 4 at 8 p.m. ET.
Day 1 is so fun. So happy to be back doing what I'm supposed to be doing.
