"The Flash" season 3 will reveal whether or not Barry Allen (Grant Gustin) and Iris West (Candice Patton) will finally end up together.
In season 2, Barry decided to alter the timeline when he saved his mom Nora from being killed.
This move may have been beneficial for Barry personally, but this could pose a huge threat to the lives of all of his friends and loved ones.
One such person that will be affected by this timeline is Iris. Now that Barry is still alive, the two would have to wait for a much longer time before they could finally be together.
Following the sweet kiss they exchanged in the finale, it seems that the almost onscreen couple would have to wait for another long period of time before they could be together.
Meanwhile, "Harry Potter" alum Tom Felton was recently cast to join the hit The CW series.
However, as of late, it is still unclear whether or not he will be playing the role of a friend or a foe.
According to The Hollywood Reporter, "The 'Harry Potter' alum just joined 'The Flash' as a series regular for season three, meaning he's going to play a huge role in the story all season long. The only information released about his character is that his name is Julian Dorn and that he is a fellow CSI at Central City Police Department who suspects there's more to Barry Allen than just his good guy reputation. Will he try to expose Barry as the Flash, or will he end up trying to help him and the STAR Labs team?"
In other news, "The Flash" season 3 will have a multiple episode run where new characters will be introduced. There are some rumors that at least one major character will be killed off.
Speculations have been suggesting that the character could be a close ally of Barry. Obviously, Barry or Iris couldn't be killed off in season 3 because their relationship has just started and will still have to go through certain tests.
"The Flash" season 3 will premiere on The CW sometime this fall.
