"Doctors," also known as "Doctor Crush," returns with episode 14 on Aug. 2, Tuesday. The upcoming segment will see what happens next for Hong Ji-hong and Yoon Hye-jung as a couple. A recently released promo video suggests trouble in their romance. Here are the detailed spoilers for the next chapter of SBS' "Doctors.

In the previous episode, Ji-Hong, Hye-jung, and Yoon-do worked on a medical case, which was quite challenging. At the same time, Ji-Hong and Hye-jung, the couple recently confessed their love for each other, spent more time together while trying to keep their affair a secret in the hospital. However, Ji-hong almost shocked their colleagues at a breakfast table with news that Hye-jung is his girlfriend.
Moving on to "Doctors" episode 14. It will see the doctors take on new medical challenges. Meanwhile, they deal with the issues of their personal lives. Fans can expect the show to delve deeper into Hye-jung and Ji-hong's romance while Yoon-do has different plans for the couple.
The network has released a promo video for "Doctors" teasing the events of episode 14. The trailer opens with Yoon-do and Ji-hong having a dinner together in a restaurant. As they are about to begin their meal, Ji-hong interrupts Yoon-do and asks, "You haven't given up yet?"
While it remains unclear what Ji-hong is referring to, Yoon-do certainly looks worried.
In another shot, Ji Hong is in a meeting with his father, director Hong. The two are having a tensed conversation.
"Whoever that person is, I don't think I can ever forgive them," says Ji-hong to his father.
Meanwhile, a new case arrives at the hospital wherein the doctors treat a child, which may question some doctors' work. A patients' relative is seen in tears.
Elsewhere, See-woo and Pi Young-gook share a close moment. What actually happens remains to be seen. The promo closes with Ji-hong and Hye-jung together. Hye-jong offers Ji-hong a cup of tea at her home. As the couple enters Ji-hong sees a pair of men's shoes, which leaves him stunned and suspicious. Does he think Hye-jung is hiding something from him?
"Aren't these men's shoes?" he asks Hye-jung in the promo.
How will this impact their relationship? Does Ji-hong think Hye-jung is cheating on him?
