"Keeping Up With The Kardashians" star Kris Jenner was involved in a nasty car accident in Calabasas, California, on Aug. 3, Wednesday. She was alone in the car at the time and was driving her brand new Rolls Royce.
The momager was driving westbound on Calabasas Road when a vehicle driving eastbound turned in front of the reality star in an attempt to get on the southbound 101 freeway. The impact of the collision was said to be so huge that her airbag was deployed while the front end of her car was destroyed completely.
Kris was treated by the paramedics on the scene since the concerned officials did not want to remove her from the car for fear of exacerbating her injury. The momager may have broken her wrist in the accident, TMZ reported.
Soon after the accident, the 60-year-old's daughters Kylie Jenner and Khloe Kardashian as well as her rapper son-in-law Kanye West rushed to the scene of the accident to check on her well-being. The trio looked visibly rattled as they studied the wreckage, being surrounded by fire crews and paramedics.
The crash caused very significant damage to the front of Kris' week-old car, which was later towed away for repairs. She later told E! News that she was left "shook up" after the accident while her hand was hurting her considerably following the collision.
Later, Kylie took to Twitter to reassure her fans that everything is "okay." She also informed that she was not in the vehicle, and she "rushed to the scene" to be with her mother as soon as she came to know about the crash.
I was not involved in the accident. Everything's ok ❤️ https://t.co/M90OyAza8c

Kris' collision comes over a year after her ex-husband was involved in a deadly car crash in Malibu, California. The wreck left one person dead and led to two lawsuits against Caitlyn Jenner, who was earlier known as Bruce Jenner prior to the disclosure of his new identity as a woman.
