"Legends of Tomorrow" season 2 recently cast "Lucifer" alum Sarah Grey to play the role of Stargirl.
According to IGN, Grey is just one of the many other actors who will be joining the Justice Society of America in the hit The CW TV series.
The publication also noted that Stargirl will be working closely with Hourman (Patrick J. Adams), Dr. Mid-Nite and Obsidian. The latter two are yet to be cast.
Meanwhile, "iZombie" alum Matthew MacCaull will also be playing the role of Henry Heywood Sr. aka Commander Steel, according to Entertainment Weekly.
As of late, details about all of the characters are still being kept under wraps.
"The Flash" alum John Wesley Shipp previously hinted that his character Jay Garrick will also be part of the Justice Society of America.
While speaking with Variety last May, Shipp said, "The fact that I'm now getting to morph into an entirely different character that is so important to the Justice Society of America, which also bleeds into 'Legends of Tomorrow' - he's such an important character to this whole world - it just opens up enormous possibilities for me as an actor going forward."
In other news, the filming for the second season of "Legends of Tomorrow" is currently ongoing.
Photos from the set are also being shared by the cast members via Twitter and Instagram.
"Legends of Tomorrow" season 2 will premiere on The CW on Oct. 13 at 8 p.m. ET.
