YG Entertainment girl group BLACKPINK is making waves in Kpop as it is the label's first girl group in seven years. One of the members that turn the heads of many is Kim Jisoo - the visual of the group.
Kim Jisoo was born in 1995 making her the eldest. She looks like Sandara Park and even before her debut, she appeared in music videos and various CFs like her sunbae who is considered as the prettiest in YG.
However, aside from being one of the faces in YG Entertainment, Jisoo's predebut photos are making the rounds online and she proved that she is a real beauty. Although her childhood photos showed that she was a little chubby, she apparently lost the weight. Her school photos also showed that her face remained unchanged.
The KPop industry is full of girls who went under to achieve the face that is favored by Korean beauty standards. Kim Jisoo has fair skin and heart lips making her fit for her role as the face of the group.
Before her debut, she starred in various commercials alongside top-billed stars, including Lee Minho for Samsonite.
BLACKPINK debuted on Aug. 8 and dropped two music videos - "BOOMBAYAH" and "Whistle" that received an all-kill status in various music charts.
As the new girl group is gaining steam, the profile of each member is gaining attention from the media and netizens. YG Entertainment has officially revealed the members of BLACKPINK - Jennie Kim, Lalisa Manoban, Kim Jisoo, and Park Roseanne.
It is still unknown which music show the group will perform their debut stage. However, there is a big chance that the group will choose SBS Inkigayo as YG Entertainment once said that its artists can realize their stages when performing in Inkigayo.
