Former Formula One player Michael Schumacher is still battling for his life at a specially-designed rehabilitation facility in Geneva estate in Switzerland. According to the latest update, the player continues to remain immobile in his wheelchair, which his son continues to make his dad's name proud by winning another motor racing event.
It has already been almost three years since Schumacher met a terrible skiing accident in the Swiss Alps. Since then, fans have been constantly praying for 47-year-old German racer's health as he was left in a coma after the accident.
Even though the Formula One champion is believed to be out of coma, he continues to be in a confined state at the rehabilitation center with state-of-the-art facilities. The player continues to be immobile and confined to his wheelchair, a report published by iTech Post claimed.
Schumacher is being looked after by a team headed by Professor Jean-Francois Payen. The team constituted 15 specialist doctors who are available for 24 hours a day and seven days a week to look after the player's health. Despite constant monitoring, Schumacher's health does not seem to improve even a little bit.
In fact, nobody is allowed to talk to Schumacher and the communication is totally restricted. It is rumored that Schumacher is battling severe depression all by himself and also cries when he hears his children, wife or other family members talking to one another.
Updated surrounding Schumacher's actual health condition continues to remain a mystery as the media has been restricted from interviewing any of the close family members. The fans are hopeful that they will get to see their favorite Formula One player's happy face again soon.
Meanwhile, Schumacher's 17-year-old son Mick recently recorded his fourth Formula 4 win, the Daily Mail reported. Mick seems to have inherited his motor sports skills from his father and this was quite evident from his recent performance and win in Nurburgring.
Mick left Joey Mawson and Mike Ortmannto behind to take the first spot during the motor race. It has only been a year since Mick took professional training and started to race, and it already seems that the young Schumacher will make his dad's name proud.
