The cast and staff of "American Horror Story: Freak Show" is grieving and mourning now due to the death of actor Ben Woolf who was in the first season and the latest season of the hit series.

Woolf died on Feb. 23, Monday due to the fatal head injury that he suffered from a car accident last week, as confirmed by E! News.

Also, TMZ reported that one more reason for this death was a stroke due to the heavy sedation from the medicines he has been taking in. Woolf's organs will also be donated and will help around 50 people.

Woolf was crossing at a street in Hollywood but was struck by a moving car as his head was hit by the side mirror. The actor plays the role of Meep in AHS and he was rushed to the hospital moments after the incident but remained to be in a critical condition days after. However, the driver that struck Woolf was not charged or ticketed because he was jaywalking.

The representative of Woolf released a statement saying that he was one of a kind and will never be forgotten as the memories they shared together will forever be remembered.

The family of the actor also released a statement about the actor's death as they said that they are overwhelmed by the love and support from the fans of Woolf. They added, "He touched so many hearts in his 34 years. His memory will live on within each of us and within his work."

The producer of AHS, FX and the 20th Century Fox released a joint statement regarding the tragedy as they pointed out Woolf was a professional and a very kind person who was loved by the AHS family and that they are supporting the family, friends, and fans of Woolf at this difficult time.

AHS creator, Ryan Murphy, tweeted a video of Woolf as he wished the actor to rest in peace. He added that Woolf was one of the most inspirational people he has ever met. His fellow co-actors in the show also took it to Twitter to mourn the death of their friend.
