Every time some news for the upcoming season 3 of ''Tokyo Ghoul'' comes up, the fans are happy with it. As per the latest updates, it is expected that the heart of Ken might be frozen and saved.
It is rumored that season 3 will show the protagonist Ken Kaneki's life in a different color. He is expected to fall in love and get married in this season. It is also rumored that he will die in this season too; however, his heart will be frozen and saved. Also there will be a lot of brawls and fighting scenes in this season. It is also expected that Kaneki and Kishou Arima will fight and their face-off will be quite interesting to watch. According to the spoilers in Hall of fame, Kaneki might persuade Kanou to join his group.
Even though the date when the anime series will be aired is still not confirmed, fans expect that sometime in 2017, there are possibilities of the season 3 being aired. In season 1, the third episode entitled "Shirohato" which means "Dove" was aired on July 18, 2014. Kaneki who was converted into half-ghoul started to adjust to his new life. He met Yoshimura, who ran a cafe "Anteiku" and tried to learn the tricks to adjust to the world of ghouls. While Kaneki was adjusting to his new life, he faced issues in the form of Touka, a ghoul who tried to bully him.
On July 25, 2014, episode four was aired. It was entitled "Bansan" which means "Supper" in English. In this episode Kaneki was shown to befriend another ghoul Tsukiyama. However, Tsukiyama had other plans and wanted to attack Kaneki and finish him off. In episode 5 entitled ''Zankon" (means "Scar") Tsukiyama planned to eat Kaneki. He used Nishio's human girlfriend as a trap and created a plan to eat Kaneki again.
Now since season 3 is coming up and the production is going on, the fans can expect more drama and romance. In other news, Funimation in partnership with NGames is planning to come up with a new video game based on ''Tokyo Ghoul.'' According to Crunchyroll, this game will be named ''Tokyo Ghoul: Dark War'' and will be released on iOS and Android devices this winter.
