Josh Duggar's wife, Anna Duggar, has already made an appearance on "Counting On" Season 2, paving way for the speculation that Josh Duggar too will make an appearance soon. Has the family overcome his sex scandal and accepted him back into their circle?
When Josh Duggar's sex scandal surfaced, many fans who look up to Duggar family's righteous ways felt betrayed. Since then, Josh has been reportedly ignored by his family and was abandoned from many family events. The fans believed that the Duggar family will never be able to forgive their eldest son's sinful acts, especially his molestation of teenage girls and his sisters.
However, if recent events are any indication, looks like the family is already on their path of forgiveness as they post family pictures on their social media, with Josh in it. In fact, recently, they also posted a video of Josh's daughter, Meredith, who is seen taking her first steps.
The family is trying their best to rebuild his image by gradually introducing him to the public. However, the fans only feel hate and disgust for this molester who has been repeatedly featured in sex scandal after another.
While fans might hate Josh, they certainly have respect for Anna Duggar, Josh's wife, who believes in her husband and still has hope for her marriage. She believes that her husband will right the wrongs and together they will strengthen their marriage. Anna is very hopeful about her relationship with her husband and is willing to forgive him if he does the right thing, according to Mirror.
In the family blog, the couple revealed that Josh is doing his best to mend his wrongdoing and will never cheat his family again. He is also trying to regain all that he lost during his sex scandal phase.
Meanwhile, the fans were surprised to see Anna featured in the premier episode of "Counting On" season 2. Since she was no where to be seen in the promo, fans guessed that the family is keeping Josh and Anna away from their show. However, Anna's appearance was a big surprise to the viewers. She told the fans that Josh is not in rehab anymore and that the couple is working to reconstruct their family.
In previous reports, it was pointed out that Josh is not entertained by his family and that the Duggars are keeping their distance from their eldest son. However, from the latest development in "Counting On," it is safe to assume that he might feature on the show soon.
