Actor Lee Jong-Suk, 26, could not stop blushing over "W" co-star Han Hyo-Joo in the new behind-the-scene clip. In the ongoing fantasy drama, the two play Kang Chul and Dr. Oh Yeon Joo, respectively.
Earlier this week, MBC shared a sweet behind-the-scene video of Lee and Han during the filming of "W" episode 13 through Naver TV Cast. In the video, Kang Chul and Dr. Oh Yeon-Joo are on a date at a market, where the latter picks out a headband with a pink bow.
Dr. Oh Yeon-Joo tries to put the pink headband on Kang Chul's head. Reluctant at first, the latter finally gives in to the former's idea. Right after the two filmed the particular scene, the "Dong Yi" actress teases Lee for blushing.
"I am embarrassed! So embarrassed," says Lee. Han then jokingly freaks out about how adorable and flirty they were.
Helmed by Jung Dae-Yoon, "W" is slated to air its final episode on Sept. 14. With everyone's eyes on "W's" ending, the cast and crew are keeping the details of the final episode under wraps.
With only one episode remaining, the drama's production staff just released new stills of Lee and Han's character in the drama to multiple local news outlets. In the released photographs obtained by local newsoutlet Naver, Kang Chul is seen wearing a prisoner's uniform.
"Kang Cheol wearing a prisoner's uniform signals a crisis for the main character, and is raising anticipation for the finale of 'W'," the newsoutlet quoted the production staff as saying before a group of local reporters. "We hope you continue to tune in to 'W' to see if it really ends with the happy ending that everyone is hoping for."
MBC has plans to release a special episode on Sept. 17 at 9:20 AM (KST), OSEN has learned. The episode will contain the most memorable scenes from the fantasy drama, as well as some of the behind-the-scenes footage from "W's" filming set.
In other news, the "Pinocchio" actor will star next in "VIP," an upcoming espionage thriller film to be directed by Park Hoon-Jung. He will play the son of a high-ranking North Korean official, Gwang-II, who is suspected of committing serial homicides around the world.
It marks Lee's first role as a villain. Other stars include Kim Myung-Min, Park Hee Soon and Jang Dong-Gun.
