MBC's "W - Two Worlds" finale is here. The show starring Lee Jong-suk as Kang Cheol, Han Hyo-joo as Oh Yeon-joo, Kim Eui-sung as Oh Sung-moo comes to a close with episode 16 on Sept. 14. The final episode is expected to reveal the fate of the couple in webtoon world and the real world. It will be followed by a special episode (episode 17) for fans. Here are spoilers for the finale week. Find out how it all comes to an end for the fan favourite couple.

The previous episode saw the highly anticipated reunion of Kang Cheol and his wife Yeon-joo. The couple met each other after a year in the courthouse where Kang Cheol was attending his appeal trial for murder, evading arrest and faking his own death. The couple shares an intense moment as their emotions overpower them.
Later, however, Kang Cheol manages to escape with a magic key. Meanwhile, Assemblyman learns about Kang Cheol's escape and goes after him. As for Dad, he has gone mad and seems to be punishing himself for what he did by tying his hands.
The show ended with the Professor in the real world turning on his computer to watch the final episode of "W" and find out how it all concludes.
"W - Two Worlds" episode 16 (finale) will reveal the fate of Kang Cheol and Yeon-joo. Whether the couple gets happy or a sad ending remains to be seen. However, it is certain that the episode will feature immense drama and it will be packed with actions.
A promo video for "W - Two Worlds" teases what happens in the finale. It shows Kang Cheol and Yeon-joo travelling in a car wherein Kang Cheol declares love for his wife, who is hoping to have her husband and her dad by her side by the end of it all.
Assemblyman summons Kang Cheol and informs him that he heard that he can live in both the worlds before firing a shot on his chest. Kang Cheol collapses unconscious on the floor and it remains to see if he lives or die. Scroll down to watch the finale preview.
"W - Two Worlds" episode 16 (finale) will be followed by a special episode, according to OSEN (via Soompi). It will go on air on Sept. 17 and feature some memorable scenes from the series.
Fans must brace themselves to watch some never-seen-before, behind-the-camera moments from the "W - Two Worlds" sets.
