The week on "The Young and the Restless" (Y&R) opens with some drama surrounding Jack and Phyllis. According to the spoilers by Soap Central and She Knows, Jack is blamed for beating up Phyllis. He is publicly harassed and questioned by the journalists. As for Phyllis, she tries to protect her marriage and stops it from falling apart. However, she continues to move forward with her dirty schemes. Later, Jack loses control and lashes it out at Phyllis. He makes a shocking decision, which may impact their future.
Meanwhile, Hilary and Devon try to help Jack and save him from being publicly embarrassed. However, their plans backfire and the two of them find themselves in the middle of a scandal.
Elsewhere, Victor and Jill argue once again. Victor decides to bring his family together again and make changes in Newman Enterprises but Nikki doubts Victor's motives.
