Prior to joining the hit KBS historical series, Park starred in the 2015 drama "Reply 1988" with Ra. Despite the age gap between the two stars, Park considered Ra as one his close female friends in the Korean entertainment industry.

The 23-year-old actor would usually send the multi-awarded star text messages to check up on her, according to Ra. Park also remained supportive of his former co-star's various projects after "Reply 1988." The actor would even send Ra encouraging text messages despite his busy schedule.

Park's thoughtfulness is just one of the reasons why he gained a reputation of a person who has no flaws. Despite the actor's kind personality and perfect characteristics, Ra joked that she considered him a little boring.

Ra also remained tight-lipped about Park's dating status and commented that the actor's love life is a secret. When asked if the actor is seeing someone, Ra joked that Park has been meeting with her.

In other news, the KBS historical drama is set to finish its 18-episode run on Oct. 18. KBS revealed that it will not add two episodes to Park's drama despite its popularity, KBS News reported.

Meanwhile, recent episodes of the KBS series, also known as "Love in the Moonlight," registered TV ratings of around 20 percent, according to Nielsen Korea. Episodes 11 and 12 that were released in the week of Sept. 26 posted nationwide viewership shares of 20.7 percent and 20.1 percent, respectively.
