Lewis Hamilton, 31, mentioned Michael Schumacher, 47, during his guest appearance on "The Ellen DeGeneres" on Oct. 19, Wednesday. The British Formula One racing driver told Ellen DeGeneres that the German retired racing driver would urinate in his race car.
"The driver that used to drive for the team was Michael Schumacher," Hamilton said. "I don't know if anyone's heard of him but (he is a) legend racing driver. But my mechanics told me he peed every single time he was in the car."
Holding many records, Schumacher is considered one of the best Formula One drivers of all time, if not the best. Since his ski accident in December 2013, not much is known about the health condition of the seven-time world champion but he reportedly is recovering privately.
On the other hand, Hamilton is the Formula One World Champion in 2008, 2014 and 2015. He is considered the first black driver in Formula One, being a son of a black British father and a white British mother.
Hamilton approached McLaren team principal Ron Dennis at the Autosport Awards ceremony in December 1995. The former was only 10 years old at the time.
In 2007, Hamilton made his Formula One debut. With a contract for the McLaren driver development program, he became the youngest driver to secure a contract.
While on "The Ellen DeGeneres," Hamilton was asked about his rumored relationships with Rihanna, 28, and Kendall Jenner, 20. DeGeneres tried to grill him about his love life and he confirmed that he was single as he was choosing to stay focused on his racing instead.
Hamilton dated Nicole Scherzinger, 38, for almost eight years, as well. The latter is a distant cousin of South Korean rapper and Illionaire Records co-CEO Lee Joon-Kyung, 26, who is professionally known as Dok2.
