Song Ji-Eun, better known as Jieun, recently sat down for an interview where she discussed her ideal type of man.
On Nov. 9, Wednesday, Korean fashion magazine International Bnt released a series of images from their recent photoshoot with the 26-year-old K-pop idol. In the accompanying interview, Jieun was asked about her ideal type.
"I see personality as the most important thing when it comes to choosing a partner," Jieun told International Bnt, as cited by The Kpop Herald. "It is hard to say that I completely know Lee Kwang Soo's personality, but I heard he is very bright and kind."
Jieun then revealed marriage is not in her vocabulary yet. The singer stressed that she has her future already planned out for the next decade and that marriage can wait until then.
The "Going Crazy" hitmaker also discussed Secret's ambiguous activities in the near future. Though nothing has been determined about the trio's much-awaited comeback, Jieun said it will most likely happen next year.
"Probably it will be the next year," she said. "Nothing has been determined about our comeback. We have received overflowing love from fans, and we are tested on how to keep that love."
Jieun has also ventured into acting. She has been cast in the upcoming tvN drama "My Secret Romance," where she will play a charming woman named Lee Yoo-Mi, according to local newsoutlet Sports Chosun, as cited by Drama Beans.
Lee Yoo-Mi, who works as a dietitian, have a bright personality and conservative demeanor about love. She will be the love interest of "Oh My Venus" actor Sung Hoo. The latter will play a second-generation chaebol, Cha Jin-Wook, who only seeks after transient love.
Apart from those mentioned above, Kim Jae-Young and Jung Da-Choi has also landed supporting roles in the upcoming drama. The former will play a bookstore owner named Jung Hyun-Tae, while the latter will transform into a beautiful and smart woman named Joo Hye-Ri.
