Moto X 2017 Leaked Images

The Moto X 2017 will arrive as a successor for Moto X Style that was launched last year. The rumored smartphone is expected to arrive as an upper mid-range device that will be slotted below the Moto Z flagship smartphone.

The leaked images suggest that it will either come with gold metal frame or full metal body. The Moto X 2017 appears to have fingerprint sensor at the front. It will feature dual-LED flash for its rear camera. The protruding camera design appears similar to the one present on Moto Z.

The image indicates that the device will not be supporting Moto Mods accessories as it does not feature a magnetic strip on its rear side. This seems to be a clear indication that it will not be a flagship smartphone, GSMArena reported by citing SlashLeaks.com as its source. Since the leaked photos have surfaced, speculations are rife that Moto X 2017 release date is drawing near.

Moto G5, Moto G5 Plus Spotted?

In the previous week, The Android Soul had reported that the leaked photos of Moto G5 and Moto G5 Plus had surfaced online along with the launch date of March 8.

It reported that the Moto G5 and G5 Plus will both come with 5.5-inch screen with full HD resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels. Both the Moto phones will sport 5-megapixel front facing camera. As far rear camera is concerned, the G5 was said to feature 13-megapixel camera whereas the G5 Plus would feature 16-megapixel camera.

The publication later updated its post stating that it was fake news. It further added that leaked images are nothing but images of Moto G4 and G4 Plus that were taken from the Lenovo site. The images were modified and were revealed with monikers Moto G5 and G5 Plus specifications.
