"The Vampire Diaries" alum Nina Dobrev recently shared a series of sexy photos on her Instagram account.
Dobrev revealed that the photos were taken from her recent photo shoot with Men's Health magazine. In one of the photos, the actress is seen wearing a one-piece swimsuit that showed off her toned arms, legs and abdomen. Another photo also showcased Dobrev's cleavage. Along with her post is a caption where the actress took the time to invite her fans to grab a copy of the magazine.
Meanwhile, Dobrev, who is still being pitted against Ian Somerhalder's wife, Nikki Reed, is also being compared by fans who think she should have ended up with the actor. One of her fans commented on how beautiful Dobrev's body is and how stunning her face looks like in the snaps.
On the other hand, Reed is not known for posting sexy photos on her social media accounts. The self-confessed dog lover and animal and environmental advocate typically posts about a wide range of causes in the United States and other parts of the world. Most recently, Reed expressed her support for the denial of the Dakota Access Pipeline.
In other news, there are still ongoing talks on Dobrev's possible return to "The Vampire Diaries" Season 8 finale. While speaking with Variety, Somerhalder said that up until today, he and his co-stars still do not have any idea as to whether or not Dobrev will really be back. Previously, executive producer Julie Plec said that she will do everything she can to invite the actress back on the show, but Dobrev still has not filmed any of her scenes.
Somerhalder is also not very supportive of the idea that Dobrev could reprise her role as Elena Gilbert. After all, the vampires at Mystic Falls wreaked havoc and killed tons of people so not all of them deserve a happy ending. The way Somerhalder sees it, the happy ending is that viewers have had the chance to see how Damon (Somerhalder) and Stefan (Paul Wesley) have journeyed throughout the past couple of years and have grown.
