Middling squads Torino FC (7-6-4, 25 points) and Genoa CFC (6-6-5, 23 points) are set to take on each other in a 2016-2017 Serie A season match on Dec. 22, Thursday at the Olimpico di Torino.

Genoa striker Giovanni Simeone scored a brace in the fourth and 57th minutes in a losing effort for head coach Ivan Juric while teammate Nikola Ninkovic added another one in the 65th to complete I Rossoblu's three-goal production.
Palermo had four different players score a goal each, namely Robin Quaison, Edoardo Goldaniga, Andrea Rispoli, and Aleksandar Trajkovski, for their own four-goal haul.
