"Star Wars" alum Carrie Fisher may have died, but her voice lives on when she appears in two more episodes of "Family Guy."
According to TV Line, Fisher was able to record her voice as Angela in the hit animated TV series that will air sometime next year. Angela has appeared in a total of 20 episodes of "Family Guy" since it first aired in 2005.
Fisher died on Tuesday, Dec. 27 after four days after suffering from a massive heart attack. At that time, the veteran actress was on a flight from London to Los Angeles.
"Family Guy" creator Seth McFarlane shared an emotional tweet following Fisher's death. According to him, the actress will be terribly missed by the entire "Family Guy" cast, as well as all of the people she has worked with before.
Meanwhile, Fisher has also completed her work on Amazon UK's comedy show, "Catastrophe," which will also be released sometime next year. In the sitcom, the actress plays the role of a mother-from-hell type of character named Mia.
Meanwhile, a day after her death, Fisher's mom, Debbie Reynolds, also suffered from a heart attack and is currently confined at the hospital. She was also pronounced dead at the age of 84.
In an interview with Variety, Reynolds' son Todd said that his mom wanted to be with his sister. The "Golden Girls" actress was brought to the Cedars-Sinai hospital after suffering from a heart attack in her home in Beverly Hills. Some of her credentials include "How the West Was Won," "Tammy," "The Rat Race," "Roseanne," "Will and Grace," "Behind the Candelabra," "The Seven Year Itch," "The Wizard of Oz," "Frannie," "My Rockin' Horse Ran Away" and a whole lot more.
Reynolds is survived by her son Todd, who works a director for television commercials. Todd is the son of Eddie Fisher, and her granddaughter, actress Billie Lourd.
As of late, the wake for Fisher is ongoing. Reynolds will soon follow. Details on their funeral have not yet been confirmed.
