A graphic footage of Marion Hugh "Suge" Knight, Jr. inside a red truck pulling in a California burger joint car park, where he confronted Cle "Bone" Sloan on Jan. 29 was released by TMZ. It showed Knight backing up and clipping Sloan, immediately knocking him down.
Seconds later, the "Death Row Records" for CEO sped forward, running over "Bone" the second time before plowing Terry Carter, the video showed. Carter, 55 years old, died due to injuries.
The video, also, showed a man approaching Sloan, after the victim was hit twice. The man removed an object from the victim's body and placed it in his waistband.
"The Carter family is pleased you are releasing the video so the public can see what actually occurred and not be forced to speculate based on third party descriptions of the video," Gary Dordick, the family lawyer said.
This deadly confrontation came after Knight had an argument with Andre Romelle Young, more popularly called Dr. Dre. The rap mogul said he proceeded to Tam's Burgers to look for Dre so he could ask apologies.
Knight was involved in one of the 90s most notorious rap conflicts, pitting Biggie Smalls against Tupac Shakur in an East Coast-West Coast rivalry. He was, also, imprisoned for almost five years for beating a rival alongside Shakur at one of the Last Vegas' famous hotels, a few hours before Shakur was shot dead, the Fox News reported.
In the present case, Knight struck two men with his truck. This incident killed the 55-year-old Carter and injured the 51-year-old Sloan.
