Ever since Jeremy and Jinger got married, the rumor about her pregnancy started doing the rounds almost immediately. As the couple lies low on social media and avoids public appearances, the speculation has caught on with more fierceness.
On Tuesday, Jill Duggar Dillard and and Derick Dillard announced that they will be having their second baby. Soon after their announcement, the newlyweds congratulated the couple in a special video message posted on Jill and Derick's official family blog.
Since their return from their honeymoon, Jeremy and Jinger have been rarely seen. Jeremy, a pastor in a small church, lives with his wife in Texas. The couple has evaded the limelight since their wedding, sparking the rumor that Jinger may be hiding her pregnancy.
The Duggar family is expected to begin promotion for the new season of "Counting On" in which the Duggar-Vuolo couple is reportedly going to make their big reveal. However, the couple has not confirmed the reports yet.
It is also rumored that there could be another reason for Jinger's secrecy about her pregnancy, apart from declaring it on the show. If Jinger indeed got pregnant after her marriage, unlike the speculations that she was knocked before the couple got hitched, then she might still be in her first trimester. Women usually refrain from announcing their pregnancy news until they reach the second trimester.
Meanwhile, Jeremy recently wished his wife on her 23rd birthday by posting a cute video message for her that was posted on Duggar family's YouTube channel, Yahoo Sports reported. He also shared their picture on Instagram, celebrating Jinger's birthday at an opera, captioning it with "Enjoying Jinger's birthday gift together!"
Fans speculate that their choice of sober activity for a twenty something couple may also be a sign of Jinger's pregnancy. The mystery behind the couple's parenthood may be revealed when "Counting On" airs on on Monday, January 16.
