Sony is rumored to be working on its new device Xperia XA (2017). According to a recently leaked video, the device is bearing a serial number of G3121 and is expected to feature a 5-inch display.

The freshly leaked video by techLover HD shows the samples of Xperia G3121 aka Xperia XA (2017). It features images from all angles which also includes a shot of the menu screen. The "About Phone" screenshot has revealed that the device is running on Android 7.0 Nougat update with Jan. 5 security patch.
Sony's new device is carrying a build number of 40.0.A.0.137. The phone is rumored to come with a 5-inch display. It will have thin bezel on the sides, while the top and the bottom is likely to come with broad bezels. The smartphone is pegged to feature a 23-megapixel rear camera. It's rear camera is said to support full HD video recording at 30 frames per second. It is also rumored to come with other functions such as object tracking, auto capture and steady shots.
In December 2016, Sony Xperia XA (2017) was spotted online. The renders were shared on SlashLeaks site which revealed the upcoming phones dimensions to be 5.7 x 2.63 x 0.31 inches. The recently leaked video confirms that Sony Xperia will be omitting the fingerprint reader. The device is said to support USB Type-C port.

It is learnt that the Sony will be launching Xperia XA (2017) at the Mobile World Congress (MWC) 2017. The company has planned to hold an event on Feb. 27 for the unveiling of its new devices, TechTimes reported.
Sony is rumored to launch four new devices alongside Xperia XA (2017) smartphone at the Mobile World Congress (MWC) 2017. According to report, one of the devices will be equipped with Qualcomm Snapdragon 835 chipset. The phone will either come with a 4 GB or 6 GB of RAM and support Sony IMX 400 image sensor for camera. There is another device that is pegged to come equipped with Snapdragon 835 or 653 chipset and will include 4 GB of RAM.
Sony is also rumored to release a device that is codenamed as "Keyaki." It is said to come packed with MediaTek Helio P20 chipset along with 4 GB of RAM and have a native storage of 64 GB. Another device that is codenamed as Hinoki is speculated to feature HD resolution of 1280 x 720 pixels and MediaTek Helio P20 chipset.
